Job Description

Job Description: As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the company’s financial operations, contracts, and purchases, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Oversee financial transactions (AP/AR), maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Taxation: Handle taxation (GST, income tax), file tax returns, and stay updated on tax regulations. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, prepare reports (income statements, balance sheets), and provide recommendations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure regulatory compliance, including RERA requirements. Contracts & Purchases: Oversee financial aspects of contracts and purchase agreements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review contract terms and manage vendor payments. Team Management: Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing support and guidance.
