We’re Hiring: Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab

Z-Power Batteries, a leading name in the battery manufacturing and export industry, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager (preferably up to 35 years of age) to lead our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete accounts and finance operations (domestic & international)
• Manage banking, forex, LCs, and working capital efficiently
• Ensure timely statutory compliance – GST, TDS, Income Tax, RBI/FEMA filings
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flows
• Coordinate with auditors and financial institutions
• Provide financial insights to management for strategic decisions
• Lead and mentor the accounts team

Requirements

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in Accounts & Finance (manufacturing preferred)
• Knowledge:
• Banking, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA/RBI regulations
• Import–Export documentation, trade finance, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
