Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

*Oversee and manage the entire accounting function, including general ledger, financial statements, and statutory compliance.

* Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in journal entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.

* Lead preparation and filing of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

* Monitor and control accounts payable/receivable, credit control, and cash flow.

* Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, costing, and financial forecasts to support management decisions.

* Ensure compliance with statutory & internal audits and corporate governance standards.

* Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and advisory support to management.

* Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes, and ERP systems for efficiency.

* Mentor and develop junior accountants, promoting a culture of accuracy and accountability.

* Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

* 12–15 years of progressive experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in manufacturing.

* Expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial reporting.

* Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance.

* Proven experience in Team management , financial planning, and process improvement.

* Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

* Ability to collaborate with top management on strategic financial planning.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA / ICWA / Inter CA preferred).

* Additional certifications in Taxation, Audit, or ERP systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
