Senior Account Manager(Adaptation/ Localisation)


Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for the client / local Agencies (i.e. media team) in the local time for MEAPAC for Production in the region
  • Manage the overall client relationship along in accordance with the strategy and goals of the company
  • Work closely with the client and production teams globally to define briefs and keep track of and deliver all projects according to an agreed timeline
  • Help the client navigate production requirements, costs and timely delivery in accordance with resources and the agreed rate card
  • Oversee localisation and adaptation for seamless regional execution
  • E-2-E project communication with the client
  • Ongoing support to the client in understanding
  • Demand planning review with the client
  • Manage external project communication, financials, reporting and clients’ expectations​ (Leading kick of calls and ongoing project communication with the client)
  • Close collaboration with Production Delivery Hub team at different locations as needed through project lifecycle – plan, execute and monitor the project
  • Distribution of necessary materials received from local clients / agencies across Production Delivery Hub & Global Production teams
  • Draft quotations and cost estimates following the company’s and client’s finance process
  • Has knowledge of Project Management systems (Asana), DAM
  • Upload assets onto client’s Digital Assets Management system (if needed)
  • Anticipate and propose solutions to problems and knows when to escalate issues upwards
  • Provide necessary reporting information to the client and internally


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years project management experience in an agency environment
  • Fluent business English - both written and spoken is a must
  • Able to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience with relevant video, digital and print production processes and techniques.
  • Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is a plus.
  • Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within a team structure.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt works style to needs of various clients and internal/ external agency teams.
  • Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers.
  • Ability to analyze organizational and process challenges, and to recommend improvements.
