Role Overview

Senior Manager – Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end

  accounting operations

  and finalization of accounts.
• Prepare and review

  standalone and consolidated financial statements

  as per

  Ind-AS

  .
• Manage

  Statutory, Tax, GST, Cost, and System Audits

  , including auditor coordination.
• Handle

  direct and indirect taxation

  , including review of GST and TDS returns.
• Support

  corporate taxation

  , income tax filings, and assessments.
• Prepare and present

  MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  .
• Review and strengthen

  internal controls

  and compliance frameworks.
• Lead ERP and process improvements for efficient accounting operations.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee branch/depot accounting.
• Guide and mentor the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with strong accounting and taxation background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Hands-on experience with

  Ind-AS, audits, taxation, and MIS reporting

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel and ERP systems

  .
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
