Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor budget and financial transactions related to real estate projects.
  • Ensure timely GST registration, filing of GST returns, and compliance with GST regulations.
  • Handle IT filings including income tax returns (ITR), TDS, and other statutory submissions.
  • Reconcile Tally accounting software with bank statements and other records to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for the company.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and cost management.
  • Manage team of accountants and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory submissions.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, manage cash flow, and optimize financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 8 years in real estate or property management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, IT filing processes, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate industry accounting practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial reports and provide strategic advice.
