Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the complete accounting function for our real estate projects and retail management business . The role requires expertise in financial reporting, taxation, compliance, bookkeeping and handling accounts across multiple verticals. Key Responsibilities Real Estate Accounting: Manage books of accounts for real estate projects, including project cost tracking and revenue recognition. Prepare MIS reports and profitability analysis for real estate ventures and retail projects. Retail Management Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations for retail outlets. Track inventory, sales, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory filings related to retail & Real Estate operations. Generate periodic financial and performance reports for management. General Responsibilities: Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor settlements, and payroll-related accounting. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, bookkeeping, and retail accounting . Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple business verticals simultaneously. Experience Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounts/finance. Prior experience in real estate and/or the retail sector is highly preferred. Compensation Salary will be at par with market standards , with performance-based incentives.
