Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer – Villa Construction

Location: Hyderabad, Patancheru(Site)

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3–7 years (Villa/residential construction preferred)

Key Responsibilities:Site Execution & Supervision:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and civil works (excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.).
• Ensure construction is carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor subcontractors and labor performance on site.

Quality Control:

• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct periodic checks.
• Report non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other consultants.
• Assist the project manager in planning and scheduling daily activities.
• Ensure timely availability of resources (labor, material, machinery).

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.
• Verify measurements and assist in quantity take-offs and billing.
• Maintain documentation related to inspections, approvals, and handovers.

Health & Safety:

• Enforce adherence to safety protocols on site.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety checks.
• Report incidents/accidents and ensure corrective measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in villa or residential building projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering techniques, materials, and construction practices.

Skills Required:

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of structural and architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with luxury villas or high-end residential projects.
• Working knowledge of local construction regulations and authority approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
