Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of the villa construction project, from planning to execution and handover. The ideal candidate will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Prepare detailed project plans, work schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and construction crews to ensure timely execution.

2. Site Supervision & Execution

• Monitor day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and materials.
• Oversee foundation, structure, masonry, finishing, and external development works.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
• Approve vendor bills and control costs without compromising on quality.
• Evaluate material and manpower productivity.

4. Quality & Compliance

• Implement quality control procedures and regular inspections.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare progress reports.

5. Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress.
• Handle and resolve project-related issues or conflicts.

6. Handover & Post-Completion

• Ensure completion of snag list and final inspections.
• Oversee testing and commissioning (if applicable).
• Manage documentation and handover process to the client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil project management
• Proven track record in managing high-end villa or residential building projects

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent project planning and organizational ability
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and quality-driven approach
