The Finance & Accounts function ensures smooth accounting operations, statutory compliance, and accurate reporting. The Senior Accounts Executive will play a key role in managing payables, receivables, reconciliations, and supporting compliance activities.

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in SMEs or manufacturing setups. The role involves handling vendor payments, customer invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance support. The candidate will also assist in statutory filings and month-end closing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of processes.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

• Handle customer invoicing, receipts posting, and AR follow-ups.

• Assist with GST and TDS working and filing.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger closing.

• Support month-end closing and audit processes.

• Maintain precise records for statutory and compliance requirements, including PF and ESIC-related compliances.

Must-Haves:-

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in SME or manufacturing industry.

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (CA Foundation / CA Inter is a plus).

• Working knowledge of GST and TDS filing processes.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel, with familiarity in PF and ESIC regulations and compliance processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good-to-Haves:-

• Exposure to payroll accounting and expense management.

• Experience in handling vendor/customer queries.

• Familiarity with compliance documentation and ERP systems.

Compensation

• Salary Range: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA (based on experience and expertise).
