Role Overv iewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all accounting, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of fintech accounting processes, regulatory requirements, and transaction reconciliation at scale. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end accounting functions including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, GST, and TDS. Handle large-volume fintech transactions with accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closings. Oversee compliance with RBI, PCI DSS, and statutory audit requirements. Monitor internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention in accounting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, compliance, operations) for smooth financial processes. Manage and guide junior accountants to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators. Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making. Requirements. CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred. 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or payments industry. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and corporate compliance. Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, ERP systems). Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and integrity. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
