Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential opportunities, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to manage accounts effectively, ensure client satisfaction, and develop tailored solutions for supply chain challenges. Day-to-day tasks include client engagement, conducting business presentations, managing client communications, and achieving sales targets while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management and Business Development, with the ability to foster client relationships and drive sales growth.
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and implementing Strategic Plans, Team Collaboration, and Project Management.
• Industry knowledge in supply chain management or related fields is highly valued.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
