Role - Senior Client Servicing Executive

Years of experience - 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong, professional relationships.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of campaigns/projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
• Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, content, design) to deliver on client expectations.
• Prepare clear briefs, track deliverables, and manage approvals.
• Identify opportunities to add value through cross-sell or up-sell within existing accounts.
• Support invoicing and follow-ups for monthly collections.
• Share regular project updates and performance reports with clients.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years

  of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in an advertising, digital, or communications agency.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
