Role Description We are looking to fill 10 full-time positions for the role of Junior Executive – Business Growth , dedicated to expanding our business footprint across various regions of Gujarat. Selected candidates will report regularly to our Vadodara office. As a Junior Executive – Business Growth, you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and nurturing strong client relationships. This dynamic role includes field visits throughout Gujarat, collaboration with internal teams for seamless project execution, and the creation of compelling proposals, reports, and presentations to support business development efforts. Role Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Jr. Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role involves regular travel across key regions of Gujarat to support sales and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits across assigned territories to identify new business opportunities Generate and follow up on sales leads through client meetings and market engagement Promote company products and services to potential and existing clients Deliver effective product presentations and handle sales negotiations Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Perform market research and gather insights on customer needs and competitor activity Support marketing and promotional initiatives to drive local sales growth Submit timely sales reports and updates from the field Maintain consistent communication and reporting with the Vadodara office to coordinate efforts and track progress The ideal candidate should be open to frequent travel, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a keen understanding of local market dynamics.
