Solar site engineer

Job Description You will be joining Sunbuy Renewables Limited as a Solar Site Engineer at the Vadodara location on a full-time, on-site basis. Your primary responsibility will include overseeing the installation and execution of solar power plants, ensuring strict quality control, and compliance with design and engineering standards. You will collaborate closely with the design team, supervise on-ground construction activities, and ensure the correct implementation of structural and electrical components. Furthermore, you will conduct site surveys, monitor project progress, and ensure safety standards are met while coordinating with various stakeholders for successful project completion. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the installation and execution of solar power plants, ensuring quality control and adherence to design and engineering standards. - Work closely with the design team, supervise on-ground construction activities, and ensure proper implementation of structural and electrical components. - Conduct site surveys, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively. Qualifications - Experience in on-site project execution, site surveys, construction activities, and project monitoring. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with on-ground teams, contractors, and stakeholders. - Knowledge of quality control processes, adherence to project specifications, and safety standards. - Proficiency in structural engineering and civil engineering principles related to solar power plant construction. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Ability to work efficiently on-site and troubleshoot technical issues in real time. - Previous experience in solar energy projects is a strong advantage.,
