Job Summary:
We are hiring a Solar Site Engineer to manage on-site solar project execution, installations, and commissioning with marketing experience. The role requires strong technical knowledge and site management skills.
Key Responsibilities (Short Version):
Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports.
Supervise installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
Ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and site execution.
Marketing experience
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
Familiarity with Telangana state regulations and net metering processes.
Effective communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, and English
