Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer at our Vadodara location. The Solar Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and execution of solar power plants, ensuring quality control, and adhering to design and engineering standards. The role involves working closely with the design team, supervising on-ground construction activities, and ensuring proper implementation of structural and electrical components. The engineer will be required to conduct site surveys, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards while coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project execution and familiarity with site surveys, construction activities, and project monitoring
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with on-ground teams, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of quality control processes and ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
• Proficiency in structural engineering and civil engineering principles related to solar power plant construction
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work efficiently on-site and solve technical issues in real time
• Previous experience in solar energy projects is a strong advantage
