Operations and Maintenance Engineer

As an Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Sunbuy Renewables Limited, a prominent Solar EPC company, your role will entail the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of solar power systems. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate with teams for timely support, and ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit sites for issue resolution - Handle inverter faults - Perform PM/BM activities - Train customers - Maintain service records **Qualifications:** - Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical) - Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for solar energy systems - Knowledge and expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management - A strong background in Electrical Engineering, including knowledge of solar systems and related technologies - Effective Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting - Ability to think critically and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment - Relevant certifications or training in renewable energy or electrical maintenance are advantageous - 3 years of experience in solar energy systems maintenance is preferred In this role, you will utilize your skills in inverter diagnostics, AC/DC systems, strong communication, and O&M monitoring tools.
