Job Title:

Location: On Site (Jaipur)

Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical

Experience: 3–5 Years (Note: Experience in Solar Ground-Mounted Projects is Mandatory)

Salary: As per Experience and Industry Standards

Job Highlights:

Opportunity to work on large-scale solar ground-mounted projects in Jaipur. Hands-on exposure to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants, where you will work closely with a highly skilled technical team focused on performance optimization and sustainability.

1. Responsible for operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of solar power plants on the site.

2. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of inverters, transformers, switchgear, and other electrical equipment.

3. Ensure maximum plant uptime and efficiency through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

4. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to plant performance and maintenance activities.

5. Coordinate with the project and design teams for resolving technical issues and performance improvements.

6. Supervise site technicians and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
