Job Summary

• Fixed Asset Management -maintain asset master data and oversee transfers and disposals across LTIM locations and entities
• Asset ID Creation coordinate with MDM and procurement teams to generate unique asset IDs linked to POGRN and ensure SAP mapping
• Depreciation Run Execute monthly depreciation using SAP tools e.g. AFAB validate postings and reconcile with GLCWIP Capitalisation
• Collaborate with corporate team to validate readiness initiate capitalisation and reconcile TCS, GST Compliance
• Ensure correct tax treatment on disposals and intercompany transfers and coordinate with indirect tax teams for reconciliation
• Vendor master data management
• Support in master data management related activities for suppliers Review of records.
• Ensuring accuracy in master data updating
• Variance Analysis Investigate discrepancies between asset values and contract invoice data and report findings for corrective action
• Month End Reporting Prepare journal entries asset schedules and drilldown reports for finance and audit teams
• Audit Readiness Maintain documentation trails respond to audit queries and ensure timely submission of MIS reports
• Maintaining and archiving document records
• Coordinating with stakeholders like auditors other finance teams for data requirements
• Participating in change initiatives including automations through user testing providing inputs to improve the controls and efficiency in the process
• Preparation and support in MIS reporting

Location - Pune, Shivaji Nagar

Experience- 5-7 years.
