Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manager OR Team Leader role. Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry regulations as well. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
