Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in security management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of employees, customers, and assets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to develop and enforce effective security protocols.
  • Manage and maintain access control systems, CCTV cameras, and other security equipment.
  • Train and guide employees on security procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and report incidents, including responding to emergencies and investigating suspicious activities.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with security software and technology, such as access control systems and CCTV cameras.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
