Security Manager

As a Security Manager for a reputed retail brand based in Bangalore, you will lead a team consisting of a Compliance Manager, Loss & Prevention Analyst, and Security Auditor. Your role will require you to have formal leadership experience in the retail sector. The fixed CTC for this position is up to Rs 40 to 45 Lacs without any variable component. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular risk assessments by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks to minimize internal and external threats to the business according to the Green Security Standard Sales Security Department's requirements. - Ensure compliance with global policies, standards, and local legislation, and sustain the Code of Ethics program as an integral part of the company's values and operational practices. Conduct necessary investigations and provide reports. - Monitor, coordinate, and enforce processes and guidelines within the local organization to achieve set goals. Report major deviations and all KPIs to the Regional Security/Compliance Manager. Health and Safety Responsibilities: - Participate actively in the company's crisis management processes, be a part of the crisis team, and conduct crisis trainings within the local organization. - Take preventive measures, identify safety hazards, and initiate actions to prevent incidents/accidents involving employees and customers. - Report and analyze health & safety incidents/accidents. Qualifications Required: - Experience in a leadership role in the retail industry. - Strong knowledge and expertise in risk management, compliance, and health & safety practices. - Excellent communication and reporting skills.,
