Looking for Merchandising Manager – Footwear for Buying house in Gurgaon Salary upto – Rs. 22.00 LPA Key Responsibilities• Exp.- 12-18 yrs of experience in footwear’s, buying offices or manufacturing; at least 5 yrs in a team leader role.• To plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate the execution of growth strategy for the category to achieve specified business objectives.• Business Development with existing and new customers with service excellence and contribute to the organisation goal.• Vendor Development & Management, cost negotiations and driving product and price decisions. • Liaising with internal cross functional team in operating smooth execution of Business targets. • Driving Performance metrics and timely reporting of KPIs. • Managing team in Product development, Sourcing, Critical path management. • Risk Management and process improvement.
