Role Overview
The Assistant Manager Security will be responsible for implementing and overseeing security protocols across all Pebble Street Hospitality outlets in India. The role requires proactive supervision of in-house and outsourced security personnel, ensuring compliance with safety standards, conducting audits, and coordinating with local authorities. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding our guests, employees, and company assets while upholding an exceptional hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Security Operations & Oversight
• Conduct regular visits and inspections of outlets Pan-India to ensure adherence to company security standards.

3. Compliance & Risk Management
• Prepare incident and accident reports; investigate and resolve security breaches.
• Liaise with local police, fire departments, and emergency services as required.
4. Asset & Guest Safety
• Monitor surveillance systems, access controls, and other security infrastructure.
• Monitor all CCTV cameras remotely from the corporate office.
• Provide CCTV footage and reports for investigations when required.
• Implement preventive measures to safeguard assets, equipment, and employees.
• Maintain strict security standards without compromising guest experience.
• Liaise with IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments on all security-related matters.
5. Administration & Reporting
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
• Support the Security Manager in budget planning, vendor bill verification, and cost control.
• Recommend improvements and upgrades in security systems and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of hospitality security operations and protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for roster planning and reporting.
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate / Diploma in Security Management or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Experience in managing multi-location outlets or properties preferred.
• Ex-servicemen or candidates from police/paramilitary backgrounds will be given preference.
