Duties

Role Summary: Analyst, Security Operations & Resilience – South AsiaLocation: Offices or Centers in India Reporting to: Operations Manager, Security Operations & Resilience – South AsiaOverview: This role supports the Firm’s security operations across South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh), focusing on risk analysis, incident response, and people safety initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Firm Security Team to safeguard colleagues across Workplaces, Events, Studies, and Travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyst Duties
  

Track high-risk travel and maintain connectivity with study teams
Develop and maintain Travel Safety Protocols and logistics supportMonitor threats and provide independent threat assessmentsTriage inquiries and incident reportsMaintain data quality in ticketing systems

• Physical Security
  

Support protection of personnel, assets, and information
Implement physical security measures and liaise with law enforcement

• Resilience & Incident Management
  

Provide expertise during incidents across South AsiaEnsure emergency preparedness protocols are in place and updated

Skills

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience in security or analytical rolesBachelor’s degree preferredStrong English communication and drafting skillsProven ability to manage tasks end-to-endIndependent risk assessment and incident communication capabilitiesResearch skills for security inquiriesFlexibility during active incidentsDetail-oriented with a problem-solving mindsetProfessional service attitude and teamworkProficiency in Microsoft OfficeDeveloping mitigation skills

Education

Additional language skills are a plusBachelor’s degree preferred
