Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4+ years experience facilitating Agile teams and transformation initiatives.
- Understand Agile principles and scrum framework.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as a liaison between product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
- Remove impediments to team progress.
- Support team self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Track and report sprint progress and metrics.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and values.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication within teams.
- Proactively raise issues to improve team’s working.
What You Must Have
- Minimum of 3+ years experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps or Rally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess a team player attitude.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on delivering accurate, high-quality assignments and projects.
