Manage day to day office tasks while providing founder assistance, handling administrative tasks, client enquiries and overseeing end to end inventory and order operations. Executive Assistance and Admin • Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, notes, and follow-ups. • Keep documentation and files organised; prepare briefs, decks, and press kits. • Coordinate vendors, office supplies, couriers, and basic finance documentation. Inventory, E-commerce, and Orders • Maintain accurate SKUs, tags, and product data on store and website. • Run stock audits, inward and outward registers, and returns or damage logs. • Oversee QC, packaging, invoicing, pick-pack-dispatch, and shipping updates. • Coordinate with the factory on design numbers, colourways, fabrics, and production runs. • Implement barcoding or thermal labels; liaise with logistics to resolve issues quickly. Store and Events • Ensure store and exhibition readiness with checklists, rosters, and merchandising. • Capture and maintain client databases for WhatsApp and CRM outreach. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, or similar. • Upto 1 year of experience in fashion or retail (marketing, operations, EA or e-commerce). Strong freshers with relevant internships welcome. • Excellent communication, strong organisation, and high ownership. • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel or Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Instagram. • Nice to have or willing to learn quickly: Shopify, courier dashboards, invoicing basics, barcoding or thermal printing.
