Leo Diagnostics is a leading pathology laboratory committed to delivering accurate, timely, and reliable diagnostic services. With cutting-edge technology and a patient-first approach, we support healthcare providers and patients in making informed medical decisions. We are now seeking a Personal Assistant to the Director to provide administrative and organizational support. As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, managing communications, and coordinating critical activities. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Manage the Director’s correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Document patient records. Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and healthcare partners. Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow. 🎯 Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication in English and Marathi/Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
