Position Summary

Senior SEO Specialist

deep understanding of modern SEO

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-scale

  SEO audits

  covering technical, content, and backlink aspects
• Manage and execute SEO strategies across

  multiple client websites

• Lead

  keyword clustering, topical authority mapping

  , and content strategies for semantic search
• Resolve

  technical SEO issues

  , including Core Web Vitals, structured data, and crawl optimization
• Use

  AI and automation tools

  (e.g., SurferSEO, Clearscope, ChatGPT) for research and optimization
• Oversee schema markup for rich results (FAQ, Article, Review, Product, Local, etc.)
• Track and report performance with

  GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio

• Analyze competitors and recommend content and ranking strategies accordingly
• Manage

  backlink health

  , outreach, and disavow efforts
• Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content writers, web developers, and reporting analysts
• Help mentor and review the work of junior SEO staff when needed

Key Results Areas (KRAs)

1. Organic Visibility & Rankings

• Grow client rankings into the top 3 and top 10 positions for targeted keyword groups
• Improve site-wide keyword visibility score and reduce cannibalization across pages

2. Organic Traffic, Leads & Conversions

• Drive qualified, high-intent traffic that results in meaningful conversions: form fills, calls, purchases, etc.
• Align SEO goals with conversion tracking in GA4 and/or client CRM platforms

3. Technical SEO Health

• Proactively resolve all technical SEO issues across client websites
• Achieve and maintain

  green Core Web Vitals

  status and resolve crawl/indexation gaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years

  of professional SEO experience (agency or enterprise-level)
• Advanced skills with

  GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio

• Strong command of

  technical SEO, on-page, content strategy, and link-building

• Familiar with

  AI/ML-supported SEO

  workflows and keyword content automation
• Deep knowledge of

  E-E-A-T

  ,

  semantic search

  ,

  mobile-first indexing

  , and

  Core Web Vitals

• Strong experience across CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and reporting progress via dashboards and KPIs
• Fluent in written and spoken English
