Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO strategy, implementation, and analysis. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing website performance to ensure the success of our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies for on-page and off-page optimization. Perform keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and create content strategies to target those keywords. Optimize website content, metadata, and structure for SEO performance. Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix SEO issues (technical SEO, page load speed, mobile optimization, etc.). Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly content development. Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Monitor backlinks and ensure they meet SEO standards. Perform competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience and conversion rates. Keep track of SEO KPIs and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals. Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Solid knowledge of technical SEO (e.g., website architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, schema markup). Experience with content marketing and link-building strategies. Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of Google’s latest algorithm updates and how they affect SEO strategies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Bonus: Familiarity with PPC and other digital marketing strategies. Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
