In addition to social and paid media, email marketing and native advertising are key functions of this position. You’ll play a critical role in crafting full-funnel strategies that convert traffic into quality leads and bookings. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising Plan, launch, and scale high-converting paid campaigns Audience research, A/B testing creatives and copies Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and lead quality Report on performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools 2. Lead Generation Strategy Build and manage funnel-based strategies to generate and qualify leads Optimize landing pages and conversion paths for maximum efficiency Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and proper follow-up 3. Email Marketing (Bonus Expertise) Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, re-engagement) Segment lists and personalize messaging for higher CTR and conversion Analyze open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics 4.
