Sr. SEO and google AdWords specialist Job Profile Job Title: Senior SEO Job Summary: A Senior SEO and google ads expert is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to improve search engine rankings and maximize paid advertising ROI. This role involves conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, managing PPC/ google ads campaigns across multiple platforms, and analyzing data to refine performance. Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings. • Perform technical SEO audits and optimize website structure, speed, and user experience. • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Optimize on-page elements like meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking. • Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority. • Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. • Use tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. • Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies. • Optimize ad spend to maximize conversions while minimizing costs. • Analyze audience behavior, demographics, and retargeting opportunities. • Set up conversion tracking and analyze performance data. • Implement automation, scripts, and AI-driven strategies for better efficiency. • Stay updated on PPC trends and emerging ad platforms. Analytics & Reporting: • Track, measure, and report performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. • Create detailed reports on organic and paid performance with actionable insights. • Use data analysis to refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • 4-5+ years of experience in SEO and PPC management. • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. • Strong analytical skills and expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO improvements. • Strong communication and reporting skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
