SDR Manager

You will be leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Appitsimple Infotek to ensure they achieve their goals. Your role will involve strategizing to generate qualified leads, developing the team's skills, and collaborating with sales and marketing departments for lead generation and conversion optimization. - **Outbound Strategy:** Develop outbound sales motions for the customer journey, plan SDR program strategy, including pipeline goals, hiring, campaign planning, and rep enablement. - **Automation & Personalization:** Implement advanced automation tools and personalized outreach techniques to improve efficiency and engagement. - **Performance Management:** Establish clear performance metrics, monitor team performance, drive a high-performance culture, and help SDRs progress into successful AEs. - **Team Leadership:** Recruit, coach, and develop SDRs in your team. - **Quality Assurance:** Maintain high call quality and outreach effectiveness standards through regular reviews and coaching sessions. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing, Sales Managers, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement teams to align strategies and reach company objectives. - **Analytical Rigor:** Utilize data insights to optimize team performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - **Operational Excellence:** Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure team members meet call quotas, maintain quality standards, and follow best practices. - **Product Orientation:** Develop a deep understanding of products and solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in sales development or similar roles. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
