SDR Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager at GoComet, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing the inside sales representatives to achieve regional revenue and bookings goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Coaching, training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance of inside sales representatives - Supporting the region in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings goals - Leading the team by recruiting, retaining, and developing a deep bench to ensure business continuity - Contributing to overall business strategy and planning while engaging with leaders across the integrated account team and the wider organization - Setting and tracking sales targets and KPIs - Managing and overseeing the work of the inside sales representatives team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years to Maximum 6 years of experience with at least 6 months of team management experience - Experience in team management, quota achievement, and data-driven decision-making - Prior experience as an SDR Manager or Team Lead - Experimental in nature with a focus on regional expansion, ownership, and integrity Working hours: US Time: 7 PM to 4 AM Working Days: 5 Days (Saturdays and Sundays off) About GoComet: GoComet is a dynamic SaaS start-up that provides AI-powered transportation visibility solutions to revolutionize the trillion-dollar logistics sector.
