As a Scrum Master at our company, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team on agile principles and the Scrum framework. Your responsibilities will include organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will be expected to remove impediments, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure transparent communication between the development team and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Guide the team on agile principles and Scrum framework. - Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Remove impediments and ensure the team has everything needed to deliver sprint goals. - Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. - Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well groomed and prioritized. - Ensure transparent communication between the development team and stakeholders. - Track team progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). - Provide regular updates and reports on sprint progress, velocity, and performance metrics. - Coach the team on agile best practices to enhance their performance and delivery. - Identify and address any team dynamics or challenges that may affect project success. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related role. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
