Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Hybrid – Hyderabad/Vishakhapatnam Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, coaching teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a coach and facilitator for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles. Guide teams through Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog. Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder team progress and escalate issues when necessary. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, measuring team performance, and implementing enhancements. Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and alignment. Ensure Agile best practices are followed while adapting to the unique needs of each project and team. Track team performance metrics and provide visibility into sprint progress and product delivery. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices. Advocate for Agile adoption within the organization and contribute to Agile community building. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification preferred. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on servant leadership. Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.). Background in software development, IT, or project management.
