Project Role : Scrum Master Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, ensuring transparency and visibility to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Provide guidance and support to the Product Owner and Development Team, ensuring alignment with the product vision and goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Agile Project Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Scrum Master role, Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and other feedback mechanisms. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP.
