Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead and drive Agile practices for projects focused on Power BI, Data Analytics, and ETL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering complex data-driven initiatives within the Capital Markets domain. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Agile teams focused on Power BI, ETL, and data analytics solutions Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Act as a servant leader and coach to the team, promoting Agile values and continuous improvement Remove impediments that hinder team productivity and delivery Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align business goals with delivery Track and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and sprint progress Ensure transparency and accountability in all Agile processes Guide teams on the use of Agile tools and techniques to optimize delivery and team performance Support the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable analytics solutions Drive a culture of ownership, learning, and agility within the team Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in data or analytics projects Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices Desired / Secondary Skills: Understanding of Power BI dashboards and reporting Experience working with ETL pipelines and data transformation processes
