Strong proficiency in PHP, .NET, JavaScript. Good hands on experience with OSvC BUI as well as Agent Desktop Experience in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes (Event Handlers), workflows, business rules, and integrations with OSvC. Expertise in using REST APIs for integration with external systems Understanding of email configurations and mailbox management in OSvC. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and CSS used in OSvC Customer Portal Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Familiarity with Oracle Service Cloud modules such as Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and case routing. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred: Certifications in Oracle Service Cloud or related technologies. Experience with additional Oracle Service Cloud modules or integrations. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
