Job Title - .NET Full Stack Lead Developer
Years of Experience - 12 to 23 Years relevant experience.
Location - Pune, Bangalore
Responsibilities:-
1. Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
2. Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
3. Drive adoption of modular, multi-tenant architectures and design systems for consistent UI/UX.
4. Ensure robust end-to-end testing strategies integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
5. Provide technical leadership in microservices design, API contracts, and service orchestration.
6. Oversee security, compliance, and performance optimization across all layers.
Skills-
The candidate should be strong in following skills
Frontend:
- React + Next.js
- Module Federation or Next.js multi-tenant workspaces
- publishing Design system package to internal registry (npm scope)
End-to-End Testing:
- Playwright in CI across core user journeys
Backend (.NET):
- Multiple ASP.NET Core services (REST + gRPC for service-to-service communication)
- Contracts: OpenAPI for REST, protobuf for gRPC; client generation using NSwag / Grpc.Tools
- Data: per-service databases (Postgres/SQL Server), MongoDB where document-first
- Orchestration: Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Istio/Linkerd
- Messaging/streaming: Kafka (or Azure Event Hubs) + Outbox pattern
- Caching: Redis; Search: OpenSearch/Elastic
- Authorization: Enterprise IdP (Azure AD) + policy-based authorization; PII encryption (Always Encrypted/CMK)
