Job Description : Acquisition of new clients from the designated region Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals Development of new accounts & Managing key account Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods and regions while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction Able to perform the following activities : Taking complete responsibility for the designated region, Starting from Prospect Identification, Lead Generation, RFQ Generation, Proposal submission, Negotiation, winning AOC followed by Contract handover to the execution team. Understanding of Sales process, Sales tools & techniques, Market & Business Intelligence, Sales drive. Create and review the Order Forecast Pipeline and order-winning Strategy with management Complete Understanding of Instrument Transformers and its datasheets with drawings Collaborate with the design team for working on technical offer & data Analyze the risk probability & severity of the Order from technical, commercial, contractual perspectives & drive the mitigation strategy liaising with the different disciplines. Should be handling the risk review process and getting the approval from different management levels based on the Order volume & the risks involved Directly responsible for the complete documentation for respective Order as per the client requirement, and the RFQ Vs Order tracker. Management of customer relationships Handing over the awarded projects to the execution team. Obtaining referrals from the current clientele to widen the sales pipeline Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in the instrument transformer sector. Specific Knowledge & Skillsets: Knowledge of Instrument Transformers Experience and skill to generate leads & perform competitor analysis Knowledge in techno-commercial activities & market intelligence.
