Digital Marketing Executive

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote Optomechs products and services.
• Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, and SMM (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Connect with new and existing customers on LinkedIn, invite them to follow the company page, and engage with them regularly to build brand loyalty.
• Create engaging content such as blogs, videos, and graphics to showcase Optomechs expertise in machine vision and precision instruments.
• Manage and update the company website with product information, case studies, and industry insights.
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital campaigns to ensure ROI.
• Run email marketing campaigns, maintain customer databases, and engage prospects through newsletters.

Sales Assistance:

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate directly with customers via email, phone, or video calls to address inquiries and provide product details.
• Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal activities, including filling and submitting tenders and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales opportunities.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, webinars, and on-site visits with prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on expanding into new markets and increasing revenue.

Administrative and Event Management:

• Maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, visiting cards, and other promotional materials.
• Oversee the organization of expos, including maintaining lists, managing entry processes, and following up with collected contacts and cards.
• Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for trade shows and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  1-3 years in digital marketing or sales; experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing tools

  (Google Analytics, Ad Words, Mail chimp, etc.).
• Meta Ads Manager Proficiency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Canva, Canva video/ Capcut/ Clipchamp/Filmora and similar Graphic Designing tools.
• Proficiency in Wordpress and Powerpoint,
• Familiarity with

  GeM portal operations

  and tender processes.
• Proficiency in

  CRM systems

  (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mind-set with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for managing marketing materials and event logistics.
