Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to support the introduction of new products to market, including planning and execution of launches and campaigns. Build relationships: Build good relations with customers, end-users, distributors and other key partners necessary for the development and growth of the business. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and updates. Identify, develop and launch new products that will drive sales and margin growth. Training and Support: Provide product training and support to sales and marketing teams, as well as external partners and customers. Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical, or a related field. Proven experience (4-6 years) in product management within the medical device sector, specifically in the Indian market. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, medical devices, and regulatory environment in India. Strong computer skills (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google sheets). Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: Oversee daily workflow and production operations to ensure efficiency. Manage order processing and execution to meet delivery schedules. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, packaging, and logistics. 2. Procurement & Vendor Management: Analyze inventory levels and generate purchase orders as required. Coordinate with vendors and negotiate for cost-effective purchasing and timely deliveries. Handle the full procurement cycle, including tracking orders and resolving discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and supplier performance. 3. Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Collaborate with inventory and production teams for demand forecasting and planning. 4. Import & Export Operations: Prepare, verify, and process import/export documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and overseas suppliers. Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and address delays or quality issues proactively. Communicate with international clients regarding shipment timelines and documentation. 5. Reporting & Compliance: Generate reports on procurement volume, vendor performance, and cost savings. Ensure documentation compliance and maintain thorough records of all transactions. Support finance in processing payments and ensuring accurate cost allocation.
