Project Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master with a minimum of 9 years of experience to lead client-facing projects with precision, agility, and strategic foresight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and fostering high-performing, cross-functional teams. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks to deliver business value effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Agile project delivery for client engagements, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices.Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks, and address dependencies across teams.Ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics.Drive alignment between business goals and technical execution.Manage client expectations and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Minimum 9 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Agile/Scrum environments.Proven experience managing client-facing projects across diverse domains.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project lifecycle management.Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Additional Information:The candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Agile Project Management.This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 year full time education is required.
