  • Provide visionary academic and operational leadership, setting strategic goals that elevate enrolment, student outcomes, and brand reputation.
  • Drive curriculum planning and implementation across grades KG–12, ensuring alignment with national education policies and NEP 2020 standards.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching & non-teaching staff; foster a culture of instructional excellence, continuous professional development, and data-driven pedagogy.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory bodies (CBSE/ICSE/State Board), maintaining 100% audit readiness and safety protocols.
  • Lead parent and community engagement initiatives, chairing PTA meetings and representing the school at academic forums and public events.
  • Implement robust student discipline, wellbeing, and safeguarding frameworks, managing crises swiftly while promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Master’s degree in Education/Administration or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in K-12 teaching and 5+ years in senior leadership (Principal/Vice Principal).
  • Proven success raising board exam results and holistic performance metrics.
  • Expert knowledge of CBSE/ICSE bylaws, affiliation processes, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong budgeting, HR management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hindi and regional languages.

Preferred

  • International curriculum exposure (IB/IGCSE) or certifications (NPQH, CEL).
  • Experience integrating EdTech platforms, LMS, or AI-driven assessments.
  • Background in school growth projects—new campus launches or expansion.
