Role Overview

School Engagement Officer

building long-term trust-based partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

1. Institutional Outreach & Pipeline Development

Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and associations across regions.

calls, meetings, networking, and education events

2. School Engagement & Program Adoption

Present NCSS membership and solutions to principals, trustees, and administrators.

adoption, onboarding, and renewals

3. Relationship Management

long-term, trust-based partnerships

4. Representation & Visibility

conferences, education forums, and leadership meets

5. Reporting & Team Collaboration

Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, meetings, and sign-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 

  Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields

  .

• 3–4 years of experience

   in institutional outreach, partnerships, or client relations (experience with schools/education sector preferred).
• Strong 

  networking skills

   with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Knowledge of the 

  education industry, compliance frameworks, and partnerships

  .
• Fluency in 

  English & Hindi

  ; regional languages a plus.
• Willingness to 

  travel extensively

  .
