Joining NCSS means being part of a nationwide mission to impact 1 million schools by 2047. The Role As a Schools Engagement Officer, you will be the face of NCSS for schools. This role goes beyond sales — it is about building trusted relationships, engaging institutions, and driving adoption of NCSS programs. You will work with principals, trustees, and administrators, showing them the value of NCSS membership and compliance solutions. Every successful engagement directly contributes to creating safer schools and protecting thousands of children. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Institutional Outreach & Pipeline Building Identify and connect with educational institutions across regions. Develop a strong pipeline through calls, meetings, networking, and education events School Engagement & Adoption Present NCSS membership to decision-makers. Drive adoption and ensure timely renewals. Relationship Management Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with school leaders. Act as a strategic partner by advising schools on compliance gaps and solutions. Secure referrals and advocacy from existing partner schools. Visibility & Representation Represent NCSS at conferences, education forums, and school leadership meets. Actively enhance NCSS’s reputation as the authority on school safety. Reporting & Collaboration Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, meetings, and sign-ups. Work closely with the Partnerships & Programs teams to align on goals and share insights. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in institutional outreach, client relations, or partnerships (education/social impact preferred). Strong networking skills and the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Fluency in English & Hindi; additional regional languages a plus. Willingness to travel extensively.
