Job Description: As a Hardware Board Design Engineer, you will be responsible for high-speed board design tasks such as schematic capture, BOM creation, signal integrity analysis, simulation, integration, testing, and maintaining hardware throughout the product lifecycle. Experience with PCB layout and design of RF, analog, and mixed signal PCBs by using Cadence Allegro/ Mentor graphics PADS.Must be proficient with all aspects of Cadence Allegro tool/ Mentor graphics PADS, including use of constraint manager and manufacturing functions. Knowledge of IPC standards related to PCB design. Experience in high speed PCB layout design and High current PCB layout Design. Solid design experience with various PCB stack ups, including use of blind/buried via, micro vias, specialty RF dielectric materials, and trace width/spacing. Knowledge of RF PCB layout techniques, including impedance control and EMI design considerations. Cadence Orcad CIP database for component selection. Working knowledge of JEDEC / IPC design, fabrication, and assembly specifications. Experience creating assembly documentation and fabrication deliverables per detailed company and industry standards. Knowledge of Signal and Power Integrity fundamentals. Strong time management skills that enable on-time project completion.
