About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Testing Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of Kavach devices through rigorous testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of embedded hardware systems, testing protocols, and hands-on experience with electronic test equipment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute hardware test plans and procedures for Kavach devices. Conduct functional, stress, thermal, EMI/EMC, and environmental tests. Perform root cause analysis and debug hardware issues using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc. Collaborate with the hardware design, embedded software, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and test coverage. Maintain test documentation, including reports, logs, and compliance records. Ensure devices comply with applicable standards (e.g., BIS, MIL-STD, CE, FCC, etc.). Support manufacturing and production teams during pilot runs and mass production stages. Suggest design improvements based on testing insights and product performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering fields. 14 years of experience in hardware testing and validation. Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit fundamentals. Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
